December 27 - USSF Referee Recert (Grades 8 & 9), 11am - 4 pm @ Maple Grove Christian Church Youth Center, Charlottesville (optional).
January 13 - DUE DATE: League fees ($300 per team), scheduling requests, tournament notices, state cup notices, field availability.
January 22 - USSF Referee Recert (Grade 8), 2pm - 7pm @ Maple Grove Christian Church Youth Center, Charlottesville (optional).
January 25 - Competition Committee Meeting - 6:30pm @ South Fork Soccer Park (SFSP) - Finalize Spring Divisions (one representative per club).
January 28/29 - USSF New Grade 8 Referee Training in Charlottesville: 8am - 5pm Saturday @ Maple Grove Christian Church Youth Center and Sunday @ SFSP (optional).February 20 - Classic Divisions Spring Schedules finalized. Any additional schedule requests must follow league procedures.
February 27 - DUE DATE: Final roster materials to State Registrar if using Matt Wilson as Registrar. Other local Registrars may have their own due dates.
March 3 - USSF New Grade 9 Referee Training, 8am - 6pm @ Maple Grove Christian Church Youth Center, Charlottesville (optional).
March 17/18 - Game weekend.
March 24/25 - Game weekend.
March 31/April 1 - Game weekend.
April 7/8 - Easter weekend. No games scheduled.
April 14/15 - Game weekend.
April 21/22 - Game Weekend.
April 28/29 - Game weekend.
May 5/6 - Game weekend.
May 12/13 - Game weekend.
May 19/20 - Last weekend of potential League Play (make-up weekend).
May 26/27 - Memorial Day Tournaments. No games scheduled.
June 4 - League Meeting, 6:30pm @ SOCA office (SFSP). Club Directors should attend. Review of Spring Season, awards distribution, plan for Fall Season.
